Angel Group recruits professional security officers:

• for employment at stationary facilities
• as part of emergency response teams
• as bodyguards

The following is carefully evaluated for staff recruitment:

• knowledge of basic provisions of the Federal Laws "On Private Detective and Security Activities in the Russian Federation", "On Firearms", the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation as far they are related to security activities
• knowledge of rules regulating the use of firearms and special police equipment (for emergency response team members and bodyguards)
• expertise of security services (non-governmental security structures and governmental law enforcement agencies)
• mental health of candidates
• physical fitness of candidates and their skill in handling firearms and special police equipment

The following documents must be provided during the first interview:

• personal identification
• private guard's license
• employment history record
• recommendations from previous employers, if available

New recruits are accepted for employment on a probationary period.  Probation lasts for up to one month.  Within this period:

• new recruits train under their instructors
• new recruits are assigned according to their qualifications; wages depend on the category of employment

Once probation is over, new recruits are offered additional professional training to improve their qualifications.  Afterwards, they may be promoted to higher categories.  Employees are tested quarterly for possible promotion.

The Group uses incentive programs rewarding efficiency.  Upon entering into the labor contract with the Group, the new employee will be informed on all incentive programs and how to earn performance bonuses.  More importantly, the Group offers excellent opportunities for rapid career development.  This is well illustrated by the fact that over 70 percent of our department heads and 100 percent of our heads of security administration had been initially contracted as ordinary security agents.
